Click on the Green Code button in the middle of the repository website. This will open the menu below. Select the Download ZIP option. Once the zip archive has downloaded open it in your working directory.

Choose the protocol you wish to use, HTTPS, SSH, or GitHub CLI, and copy the address or command shown. In your terminal change to your chosen working directory. If you are using either HTTPS or SSH protocol then use the git clone command:

git clone git@github.com:SwanseaUniversityMedical/DARE-TREFX-Environment1.git

If you are using GitHub CLI then use the gh repo clone command:

gh repo clone SwanseaUniversityMedical/DARE-TREFX-Environment1
